How long does delivery take?
Readymade pieces ship within 5–10 business days. Bespoke commissions take 3–6 weeks depending on complexity.
Can I visit the atelier in person?
Yes — our Mumbai studio is open Monday to Friday, 11am–5pm. All visits by appointment only.
Do you offer resizing?
We offer one complimentary resize within 30 days of purchase. Contact us with your order number to arrange.
Are your diamonds certified?
Every BYÜT diamond is independently certified. We also provide certification by the International Gemological Institute (IGI).
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on readymade pieces within 14 days of delivery. Bespoke commissions are non-returnable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 30 countries with full insurance. International delivery takes 10–14 business days.
